Steven Shove MBA, DipM – Leadership, team development, strategy, sales and business performance improvement specialist

Founding Director of the Really Wild Group of companies and best selling co-author of five bestselling books, Steve is an experienced  business leader, consultant, wellbeing and performance coach. He is also a respected thought leader and one of the UK’s most qualified survival instructors who passionately applies best business practices and the principles of “wilderness survival and original human success” to organisations, teams and individuals that are seeking to thrive in today’s ever demanding and increasingly competitive environments.

Under his leadership, the team developed a highly motivational, practical and proven methodology for success (the Really Wild Method™) that uniquely equips and enables all business functions and staff at every level to deliver superior performance with far greater consistency and predictability – in the most exciting, engaging and memorable of ways.

Having worked in, led or consulted to most business functions, across multiple sectors globally, Steve is uniquely qualified to help our clients with their business needs right across the value chain.

Nigel Painter  MBE, IML – Leadership performance coach and team development specialist

Nige is a senior officer within the RAF with nearly two decades of experience developing teams and leaders . He also works with Really Wild Education to deliver the very best in wilderness and personal development education for our students and with Really Wild Business, helping teams and executives to become the best they can be. Nige is a highly respected professional in these areas having recently received his MBE from the queen for his services.

He is a flight engineer on Hercules aircraft and leads a team of RAF survival instructors who teach pilots how to survive and thrive in all environments – Arctic, jungle, desert and mountain.

As a keen outdoors-man  Nige is also a qualified International Mountain Leader. He utilises his vast experience to add real value to the content and delivery of our courses, leadership development programmes, team building events and our unique methodology.


Leanne Spencer – Wellbeing coach and specialist

Leanne is a health coach and the founder of our partner company Bodyshot Performance Limited. Leanne helps busy professionals get more energy by removing the guesswork around their health.

She has published two bestselling books (Remove the Guesswork and Rise and Shine); spoken on the TEDx stage about why she thinks fitness is more important than weight; is considered an expert on health, fitness and wellbeing, and is also the host of a popular podcast called Remove the Guesswork.

Together we have combined Leanne’s expertise and her Six Signals Methodology with our own OriginsTMS method to create an approach to understanding and improving corporate  and executive wellbeing. In conjunction with our whole person and whole organisation performance themes, the results our clients can expect can be quite extraordinary.

Adam Jospeh – Customer insights and customer services improvement specialist

Adam spent 15 years working in senior Customer Success roles; first at OneSource/Avention (now owned by Dun & Bradstreet) where he joined as a Service Account Manager and finished 12.5 years later as the VP of Global Customer Success managing teams in London, Boston, India, Singapore and Australia.  More recently he spent over two years as the Client Services Director at ChannelAdvisor, where his teams grew the online revenue of retailers through various on-line Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) and helped brand manufacturers build closer relationships with their consumers.

During this time he worked with companies of all maturity levels, sizes and industries to help them achieve maximum benefit and value. 

Adam has spoken at conferences across the world and recently was a keynote speaker at the 2017 Gainsight Pulse EMEA event and is also a mentor at London and Partners, a not-for-profit entity set up by the Mayor of London to support SMEs in the Life Sciences, Digital/Tech, Creative, Media and Telecoms sectors.

In March 2018, Adam was included in the prestigious list of the “Top 100 Customer Success Strategists” which was curated by MindTouch and based on votes from over 3,200 people from around the world.


Anthony Maddalena – Sales and service performance improvement specialist

Anthony is an expert in the the design and delivery of sales, change management and soft skills improvement programmes to the banking, financial Services, automotive, retail, business services and utilities sectors. His inspirational approach to sales education is outstanding.
